Sara Traub is the co-founder and President of the Centre for Esoteric Studies. It operates as The Thornbury Meditation Centre in Thornbury, Ontario. She is a teacher, author, and counsellor on the subject of
practical spirituality. Her penetrating joyful wisdom has been empowering people since 1991.  In addition to articles on esoteric subjects, Sara has co-authored Astrology Illumined which is pending publication.

Sara holds an Honours degree in Fine Arts from York University, a Masters in Advanced Esoteric Sciences from the USR, an alternative university in the USA, and a teaching degree. Sara's multiple and varied business experiences coupled with extensive world travelling have given Sara wide
and deep experiential knowledge. It is from this practical spirituality that Sara teaches.

Donna Mitchell-Moniak is the founder and spiritual director of Spirit Fire Meditative Retreat Center in Leyden, MA. She is an author and has been a teacher of the ways of consciousness for over 20 years. Donna has created teaching materials, curricula, and student workbooks for the University of the Seven Rays, USA, the Centre for Esoteric Studies, Canada, and Spirit Fire which teaches classes in multiple locations in the USA. She has extensive knowledge in astrology, esoteric psychology, and the energy sciences, such as chakras, subtle bodies, kundalini, etc. In addition, she has a refined understanding of Raja and Agni Yogas, Mahayana and Tantric Buddhist practices and teachings, and she is a profound teacher of meditation. Donna is also a shaman and teaches the Native Path.

In her 20 years of public speaking and teaching, Donna has always been spontaneous in her subject matter, drawing upon the wealth of her experience and wisdom to meet the needs of her audience or student body.

Donna is past vice-president of the Theosophical Society in Boston, MA. Her first book, Magic in the World, the Seven Laws of the Soul, was published in 2002. Astrology Illumined, her second, co-written with Sara Traub, is in process of publication. Her work has also been published in The Beacon Magazine, an international magazine focusing on esoteric teachings.

Freda Kemp has a BSc. from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. With more than 25 years of business experience in marketing, promotion and sponsorship, she understands what motivates marketers. She has worked in the areas of new product development, consumer research, designing and implementing long-term marketing and advertising plans, consumer promotions, and sponsorship procurement and implementation. Spiritual living has very much been part of her life for many years.
